Sujay Ghorpadkar

Principal Architect at Opus Architects & Managing Director at Vyuhana Pvt. Ltd.

Sujay Ghorpadkar, Founder of Vyuhana Private Limited, is also the founder and Principal Architect at Opus Architects, a mid-sized Architecture firm in Bangalore. Since its inception in 2006, Opus Architects has successfully delivered over 100 base-build and interior projects across residential, commercial, industrial, academic and hospitality sectors. Opus Architects and Vyuhana Private Limited together offer clients end-to-end turnkey ‘Design-Manage-Build’ solutions.

Before diving into entrepreneurship, Sujay gained valuable experience working with some prestigious architecture firms in Bangalore, including Thomas Associates (2004-2006), Venkataramanan Associates (2002-2004) and Zachariah Consultants (2000-2002).

Sujay’s artistic side also extends to a deep passion for theatre and performing arts, which he pursues in his free time. He has directed several award-winning plays.

Anagha Ghorpadkar

Partner at Opus Architects & CEO at Vyuhana Pvt. Ltd.

During her 13-year stinct prior to founding Vyuhana Private Limited, Anagha Ghorpadkar worked with several leading corporate real estate firms including CBRE, DTZ Property Advisors and Cushman & Wakefield. During this time, she has executed office spaces for clients such as Accenture, Yahoo, IBM, Juniper and McAfee to name a few. Her last job was with Target Corporation India as a senior manager for Corporate Real Estate.

In her current role as a managing partner at Vyuhana Private Limited, Anagha brings her wide expertise in project management, corporate services and space planning to the table; providing clients with the assurance that their projects are completed successfully while meeting time, budget and quality parameters.

Anagha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from BVB College of Engineering. In her free time, you will find Anagha playing with her two young boys or participating in cultural activities such as theatre, dance etc.
